It's typical to have an external mixer handle the mic, and the output from Radiologik DJ, and then send that off to whatever you want done with that audio, be it a transmitter, PA, or even back to the computer for streaming/recording.

P/s: currently, I'm doing the radio show using this setup: headphone/microphone > iMic > Garageband -> pretty troublesome method!
